Heart Centre Meditation Course - advanced - Edinburgh

This meditation course in Edinburgh is for anyone who is more experienced in meditation (intermediate to advanced). This 6-week meditation course allows you to enjoy a level of spiritual development with focus on the heart chakra.

What you will experience

The heart centre has many levels and is the centre of transformation. The heart centre helps you to step back from the detail of life and view the big picture.

The group 'energy' helps you to meditate in a safe environment with an experienced group of people. Plus you have an experienced meditation tutor on hand to answer any questions you have.

The course costs £55 for the 6 weeks. We restrict the size of classes so pre-booking is required.

If you can't make it to this meditation course, then try meditating with our Developing Awareness Meditation CD at home. This CD is based on some of the techniques used in the class.
