Your Meditation Tutors

Lorraine Murray has been practising meditation since 1996, teaching meditation since 2003 and is an experienced and dedicated teacher.

She is an experienced complementary therapist in a variety of therapies and a Reiki teacher. She teaches the Heart Centre, Archangel, practice meditation course and the Teach your children meditation course.

Audrey Hird has been practising meditation since the 1980's. She was trained to teach meditation by Lorraine Murray. She teaches the beginner's meditation course. Audrey is also an experienced Usui and Karuna Reiki practitioner.
