Join us for a Charity Christmas Mindful Meditation

Let go of the stress and enjoy the festive season

Join us on Monday 18th December 2017 at 7pm (GMT time), with meditation author and teacher, Lorraine Murray who will take you through an easy, peaceful meditation to help you relax and let go of stress this Christmas.

The meditation session will be live and recorded (so if you can't attend in person you can join in with the recording and relisten up until 5th Jan 2018).

Just follow the 'book now' button and after you've paid the fee of £7.50 we'll email directions on how to take part for the live and recorded session.

We'll donate the net proceeds to one of our favourite charities - the Woodland Trust that saves and protects ancient trees.

It will be suitable for all levels of experience. The session will last approx 25 to 30 minutes.
